According to HMV Japan, Toshiba EMI(Japanese company) will release both
  versions in CDDA.
c.f. my posting.

IMO, Amazon.co.jp also deal with these items, so you can buy via Amazon.co.jp
in English. (Amazonco.jp has English pages and ships to foreign countries)
